I believe the review was written by Richard Larson. I especially like what he does with the Sussex/Ardent Clouds, a favorite story of mine that seemed to be a bit overlooked.

I think you're right--the only reason I questioned it was the header on the review which originally said "the editors" --checking now and it looks like they fixed that and added his name.

Yes. "Ardent Clouds" is very nicely analyzed.
