Congratulations!

I get it every year. I've also been trying to scout around and find copies for the years that constituted my Days of Abject Poverty, when I used to borrow it from a friend as soon as she was through it.

It's very funny how something like an annual anthology can bridge all of the different periods in a life, isn't it? That just now struck me. Through all of these very different lives I've led, there are two constants--YBFH and Stephen King. Hmmm. :)

Oh, and congrats on the other nods, too. I just always focus on YBFH right away because it is my favorite.

CONGRATS!! (I'm not surprised, though - you deserve it! :D)

Congratulations! Michael Swanwick says that competing against yourself in a category doesn't hurt your chances at all, and he should know...

I don't mind. I've done it before--at least one of those times I lost and at least once I've won :-) (WFA, can't remember which years).

Oh! I didn't see this until just now - congrats!!! and good luck!

(Also rooting for Terry Pratchett in his category. *g*)
