A fine list, Ellen! However, I think Spencer's story is called "The Tenth Muse" not "The Tent Muse," though I'd love to read about a muse in a tent one day. ;-)

That's a great list, with several stories from authors I love that I've been meaning to check out. I'm also pleased to see M.T. Anderson on there, even if I didn't think "Gray Boy's Work" was his best.

Hum Drum is a creepy, old fashioned horror story. I loved it. And Nathan's Monsters of Heaven is outstanding. Good to see Haringa's tale included, wonderful story, along with Laird's The Forest. Most of the fiction and poetry in the toc I haven't read yet, so I am positively salivating over the prospect.

I'm generally most interested in the obscure stories that I liked that I'm not sure anyone else noticed, so I am particularly delighted to see "The Boulder" on the list -- a lovely story -- and alos "Vampires in the Lemon Grove".
