Still in Florida

This evening was my parent's anniversary dinner party and it was very nice. Everyone invited came, even one of my mother's oldest friends, who is very ill. My sister and I knew a few of the people there (all the relatives and some of the friends) but the majority were people we didn't know. We sat at the "cousin's" table. The food was delicious, wine flowed, and people danced, even though the average age was about 75 (not counted the two youngest cousins, 11 and 13). I took lots of photos and will probably post them on flickr but privately so family and their friends online can see them. (maybe a few for the public).

Haven't gotten much work done. The dial up here is slooooow so getting my mail has been a real pain. Luckily, I'm getting very little important email as I think most everyone knows I'm away. Back late tomorrow. I discovered that my uncle and aunt who live in NJ are on the same flight.

Montville. Do you know it? I think I've visited them there once or twice.

Oh, I know where that is. It's north of where I'm from - I'm from the area near Sandy Hook/Red Bank (a la the Kevin Smith movies). I used to work in Westfield which isn't too far from Montville.
