Yes, poor baby. He was adorable, and seemed very happy during his short life. My first cat was given to me as a kitten by a friend--supposedly vetted by the Human society in NJ. Within hours it was obvious Eve, was sick...within hours she was convulsing and I ran downstairs with her in my arms asking someone in the store in my building to drive us to the animal Medical center. I didn't have any cash for a cab. The upshot was that she had distemper and had to be put down. It was an awful experience. She was so sweet and helpless.
