Well, I am not very acknowledged in your American system, but we in Ukraine are all very experienced in democractic elections, because it's all we have since 2004 revolution - elections, then counter-elections, and again they weren't fair, and again... and it seems we are up to next round this fall. So if you have some doubts that elections are going to be clear - you are right. They surely aren't going to be.
