I don't know if you're as outraged as I am about the Bush Administration's proposed bailout of the Wall Street debacle by giving a blank check to the assholes who got us into the situation in the first place but if you are, you might want to contact some people in the government here:

NO on their proposed $700 billion handout to Wall Street

I'm not naive enough to think that nothing should be done but I want safeguards, help for the middle class families who have gotten screwed, and strict oversight. It's ironic that the Republicans aka "no government regulation" party keeps wanting to regulate more and more of our lives. Well, duh, this time let them start regulating the banking industry a bit more efficiently.

What? You don't think the money will just trickle back down through deregulation into the tax payer's pocket? Come on, what's the big deal about an 11 trillion dollar dept anyway? As McCain said, the economy is working as planned, nothing's wrong that ignoring it can't fix.
