Cat Eldridge of the Green Man Review has received the trade paperback (which is more than I've received--I haven't gotten ANY yet ;-) ). He also got a hc, which he is keeping.

He's offered to send the book (in the US of Canada only) to someone who will blog it!

So step up now--first person to squeak and promises to blog it gets it.

ATTENTION! Cat has one arc of the YBFH that he's willing to send to someone to blog: US/Canada--speak up now!

Oh, me! I will definitely blog it. How squeeful would that be?

Hands down favorite anthology ever, since approximately 1991 when I discovered it.

Squeak...but please feel free to give it to someone else. (Just as when I was writing, I just want the attention.)

I know. I just had to squeak anyway. We don't do enough squeaking as a society and as a species, and nor do we do enough hissing, burbling, purring, and heshwozzling. This needs to be rectified.

Well, let's put it this way. You've heard me speak in public, right? Remember that horrible sound that came from my mouth that sounded like a cat being eaten alive by a cement mixer? Remember when you ran from the room, blood trickling from your ears and eyes, begging All That Was Holy never to hear anything like that again? That's heshwozzling, only without the trombones.
