Packing for Worldcon

and still dripping from the humidity, despite the fact my air-conditioner is on.


Freaking out a bit because I've too much to do before leaving tomorrow. I've got a very busy schedule (Friday may be the worst)so don't know how often I'll be posting, if at all.

A Visit to the High Line

This is the newest park in NYC: in my neighborhood. It runs from Jane Street to 23rd and will eventually reach 34th street. It's along an abandoned railroad track right near the Hudson River. There are wildflowers, benches, even some wooden lounges for sunbathers, a gelato and drink vendor. Beautiful overall, and with great views.
