Welcome to Genreville! I'm your host, Rose Fox, editor of PW's SF/fantasy/horror and mass market reviews, and I'll be writing about all aspects of speculative fiction publishing. Genreville will feature interviews, news, reviews, links, and discussion of the past and possible future of the speculative genres, plus anything else that looks interesting. New content will go up every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday."

Yes; I meant the 3-question interview itself (and don't mean to belittle it for that). :) As a publisher and writer, I found both the questions and answers interesting. :)

I think it's very neat--great format.

Each week's interview will have basically the same three questions, but about all different books and answered by different people in different areas of writing, publishing, and promotion. The idea is to give people a real "Where do books come from?" overview of the entire industry.

I think that's a good idea because most readers have no idea how books are published. I'm often asked about the fundamentals of publishing --now I can just point questioners to your blog!

I already have. There was a mix-up getting the blog set up--as in, if I hadn't checked on Friday, it wouldn't have existed until today--so the RSS feed will be along in a week or so.
