Capclave October 12-14

Jeff Ford is GOH and I'm Editor GOH at Capclave this October. The convention takes place at the Hilton Washington DC/Rockville in Rockville, MD. The only other time I've attended was when Howard Waldrop was GOH and although the convention was smallish, I had a wonderful time. I'm very much looking forward to sharing the spotlight with Jeff. Maybe we'll have some kind of discussion about working together--hmmm. I need to suggest that to the program committee.

According to the website, some of the attendees will be Scott Edelman, David Hartwell, Jim Freund, Michael Capobianco, Brenda Clough,Michael Swanwick, Michael Dirda, Andy Duncan, and Dennis Danvers.

If anyone's in the neighborhood, come on by.

I will be there since it's just around the corner from my house. It will be my 3rd convention ever and my first as a published author. My main reason for going is to meet you and Scott Edelman in person so I look forward to seeing you there!
