Stephen Segal posted the cover for the forthcoming edition of Black Swan, White Raven on his blog.


This is the third of the Terri and my adult fairy tale series that is being reissued by Prime Books. Word has it that the first: Black Thorn, White Rose is almost ready to go. The second to be published is Ruby Slippers, Golden Tears.

Here's the reasoning behind Stephen's new design for this book and the others:

"This design is a radically different look from the original Eos editions; while we love the old Tom Canty covers, we thought the post-Gregory Maguire fantasy landscape called for a new approach."

It's a radical change and we'll see if it works.
