And....I have a kitten!
Not the one from Kittykind-ahem--for some weird reason they rejected me without even having called my references....very strange.
But Ellie and I went to BARC, a shelter in Brooklyn and I found a very sweet, little girl tabby with some white on her--four white paws, and some white on her face (not as much as her sister). She's adventurous--exploring the kitchen as soon as I took her out of the box. She likes playing and loves the laser pointer (something she has in common with Bella--once they meet). Bella is staying away-- I think she's terrified of the newcomer, even though she hasn't seen her yet.
She's 2 1/2 months old and was fixed four days ago.
I hope that the little girl will tell me her correct name shortly (I don't think the one she was given works for her).
